Haven't really had time to write lately, whenever I have free time, it's devoted so something else. I promise I'll be back soon once football starts and the requirements there fall off a little.

Well it's about time. The Kobe Bryant case, long a fairly straight forward example of prosecutorial overreach, has been dismissed. I'm no fan of Kobe but I think it's been fairly clear from the beginning that this was a farce. Glad to see it turn out this way and sorry it took so long to happen.
